Great experience with Andy. Been having issues with shoulders and neck for a long time and felt so much better after my sessions. Very professional and knows exactly what he is doing! He also showed me a selection of exercises/stretches to do at home to help my muscles. I reccomended my other half to visit too after his neck locked and he said Andy was amazing in his treatment too

My upper back and neck had locked up, and I couldn't rotate my head without pain and discomfort, I spent my whole evening lying in bed like a log being afraid to move, as every move I made was hurting. Next day I had an appointment with Andy, came in under 3 painkillers as I wasn't able to drive without any medication. Walked out feeling 80% normal, can actually function like a normal human being, and this is only day 1 after the 1 session I had. It was definitely a big help and I would strongly recommend him to anyone who's experiencing discomfort or aches. It is simply amazing what a good sports massage can do to your body! Combine that with an expert who knows his stuff and it comes as no surprise, that the results are so good.

Andy is very knowledgeable and uses a range of techniques to diagnose injuries and/or mechanical issues for me as a runner to treat problems. Very friendly and reasonably priced.

Ive had an excellent experience with Andy so far helping me with Achilles tendonitis. He has been incredibly informative from the start and took time to assess and treat the pain but also exploring the cause and what needs to be changed to prevent it. I have had a range of treatments from massage, acupuncture, scraping and taping and seeing good improvement. Highly recommend for injury or general functional support.
