Scan Pics

Fantastic service. I dropped off 3000 old photos and these were digitised and returned to me within one week. I spoke with Jon ahead of drop-off who talked me through the process so I could prepare my photos in the best way possible. Excellent value for money and I very much appreciated the personalised service received for the return of my photos. Highly recommended.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Not a good experience with this company! I would leave 0 stars if I could. I paid to digitalise my photos, they did not scan all the photos properly (some only part of the photo was scanned, some had crazy weird coloured lines in the background) and they even didn't scan and missed some out! I asked for the missed photos to be scanned and the incorrectly scanned photos to be corrected but was essentially told no. After EXTENSIVE conversations with them where they denied that they had not done the job properly and made excuses (but of course I had proof from the final scans they sent that they did not do the job properly so how they could try and deny this was beyond me!) I was promised a partial refund. I was then ignored and never refunded after several follow ups. I should have opened a case with my card provider but believed they would refund me and was out of the dispute time period.

5 STARS , Cant fault this company, they produced unbelievable results from photos what I thought were not able to be saved. Excellent customer service and amazing price, super happy. All our family photos have been shared with all. I would certainly recommend, these guys are worth knowing.

We use Scanpics on a regular basis and never let us down. The quality of scans are superb, the company provides a professional service which we would certainly recommend to all. The speed is outstanding and truly value for money. No complaints here just praise for a skilled results.
