The lady who worked today afternoon lunch was on her phone and when me and my sister approached her she seemsnot interested to help can be bothered to help us. I hope the customer service is much more improve otherwise we will not come back. We pay for our passport photos andcquite expensive but we dont mund as long as the customer service is approachable.

Visited today after screaming at my photo printer at home. Very friendly greeting, very helpful ladies in the shop, helped me get what I wanted super speedy and lovely experience. I only wanted a 6x4 print but the ladies made me feel like a valued customer!

The lady who worked there I think her name was Lisa was very helpful and took her time to explain about the photograph copies and assisted me throughout the whole process.l would definitely recommend my friend to visit this max speilman store in asda smithdown Road Liverpool 15
