Spent 2 hours to be told they don't have any medication in stock. They don't seem to know when a delivery will be. I advice people to go anywhere else in Merseyside to get their medication. Otherwise, go to a hospital instead

The only good thing about this pharmacy was a lady named Tara who didnt serve me in the first place and was really helpful and friendly. I went in and specifically asked could they check if they had my tablets available as I needed them all that day. The woman went away and checked and confirmed they did. I am tight on time this week and needed to collect them that day. I went back at 4.30pm and was told one set of tablets they would have to owe me. I communicated what had happened and how unhappy I was. I was told to come back tomorrow for them. Ive moved things about and come back in the afternoon and guess what? Theyve not got them!!! Such a badly organised pharmacy. Go to Boots, youll probably have to wait but thats because theyre so busy as people trust them and they get things right!
