0 stars after leaving this chemist 2 years ago after they told me that one of my husbands tablets was no longer in production (a lie) so moved the whole family away. Now that chemist closed so had to go back to this joke shop they could still not get hold of this medication another lie so have moved away again. Sorting my husbands tablets today 9 short of one of his tablets to be told impossible as they are checked twice so now my husband is 9 short of one of his meds that he takes 3 a day of so that will mess up all the tablets a joke this place should be taken over by a reliable company never seen such a bad group of staff. Also they could not get hold of one medication was told I could buy it over the counter for 10 + my husband is a pensioner so I could buy it off them but they could not fill the prescription????? What an absolute joke they not heard of the cost of living crisis that 10 could go towards our energy bill disgraceful what sort of a place is this. Have moved to the allied pharmacy in Old Swan staff lovely and they have all the medication in stock. My advice move from this joke shop.

Extremely poor service with little alternative provision nearby. No longer late night which is poor for a chemist sharing a site with a large GP practice. There are frequent dispensing errors, low stock, long waits & some very rude staff. Additionally they have customers from recently closed nearby pharmacy & have substantially reduced their opening hours. If you can travel to Old Swan or Allerton for your regular prescription they might be a better bet.

Worst chemist Ive ever had, constantly text to say my prescription is ready then when I arrive they make you wait 30-45 minutes while they make your prescription. Then to be told they have to owe me medication as they dont have it in stock and I have to come back, why tell me its ready then? Turned up tonight to pick up an urgent prescription about 5:45 (I called beforehand to make sure they had it as i was out of medication) to find the doors locked but staff and customer still inside. I was completely ignored until the staff opened the door to leave at 5:57 saying its too late for collection. Staff were rude! Why say you are open until 6 if the doors are closed and the staff are leaving before 6pm. Staff member said they have to leave the building by 6 and that all the computers are off. None existent customer service. I will be making a formal complaint. And will be moving chemists.
