        I went to Asda Pharmacy Huyton for paediatric Benylin. When I asked for it or an available alternative was simply told no. Child is too young. I was confused as my grandson has been taking it. It wasnt up for discussion, as the lady started serving the chap behind me. On leaving the pharmacy I saw Benylin +3 mths on the shelf, which I took to the checkout. Not great service Im sure youll agree.

        After Doctors send prescriptions over, only takes them a day to get all my medication together, I have 19 items. Everything is always there. The only complaint I have is waiting time, queues for pharmacy can be long, need more counter staff, I have been for over 45 minutes waiting to be served.

        Awful wouldn't use chemist again they rang me to say I owed them for items on my prescription asking me what they had given me and that I had not paid for all the items I gave them what they asked me for it was there mistake made me feel like I'd robbed them I thought they was going to tell me they had given me the wrong tablets disorganised
