This pharmacy is incompetent place of business. Counter staff pleasant enough but could communicate better with the customer. Pharmacist trying to over charge me for usual prescription and was not backing down have been to other pharmacies and haven't tried to over charge me. His patronising manner saying obviously other pharmacists have acted out of goodness to their hearts to me. I laughed as couldn't belive what he said. So now I need my medication, this is effecting my mental health an causing alot of anxiety and inconvenience. Can not even get through on phone as its seems to be a fax number advertised. Dont use this place....

Understand that these are testing times but customer service levels here are poor. Flu jab booked but when I turned up they have no jabs.... Could have phoned me as a minimum... No commitment to reboooking for me leaving me to find on elsewhere. Couldn't recommend this pharmacy

Absolutely disgusting , I have been stood for all half an hour to pick up part of a prescription that was owed to me. I was then told that they couldn't give me it as there computer says it already has been given. After assuring them it wasn't in the bag they still wouldn't give it to me when it was their mistake not mine. What are we meant to do when people won't admit their mistake. I have already waited almost a week for this and then still can't receive my medication. Absolute joke.

Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Waited for 20 mins to then be told the pharmacist is in a consultation and will be at least another 60 mins. They only bothered to tell us about the wait as there was around 5 / 6 people waiting on scripts in the shop. Should of been told this before handing over prescription and paying. Not our first issue, lost my sons prescription that was sent direct from doctors for over 3 weeks, poor in general. Oh and if you try an order for click and collect they seem to always lose the order or its takes twice as long to arrive than what website says. Sure someone is pocketing the items or they are selling them on. Avoid like the plague, I've complained multiple times and nothing changes, very unprofessional, giving Lloyds a bad name.
