Overzealous, condescending, accusatory, confrontational, ignorant. Very often you're kept waiting, seemingly in the hopes you'll go away, which I've been forced to do often. Last time I tried to get a medication I use regularly, it was out of stock so the shop assistant was showing me 2 alternative products, I was using the chemical names as I'm educated in medicine, this caught the attention of a younger female pharmacist, who came pacing out (now you're able to move?) barking at me that 'I will not be allowed to buy 2 products with that chemical in" - she totally misread the situation, I just wanted 1 replacement because their stock levels are dire. It was arrogant confrontational, totally overzealous, clearly one who relishes the jobsworth paradigm. She then proceeded to refused to sell me another medication on baseless grounds, medicines I have taken regularly for years under the guidance of my GP, citing abuse potential when combined - which is nonsense. Desperate to exert some power after scurrying off with tail between legs after falsely implying I was precuring 2 bottles of decongestant for nefarious purpose. it's a miserable little pharmacy, being stuck in there all day is clearly affecting her mental health, so I'm done being a customer. Moved to Wootlon LN Pharmacy, who confirmed I could by those meds together and didnt suspect I was running a drugs lab, instead assumed I was a person in need of legitimate medication. Awful staff, awful pharmacy.

My husband always has his repeat prescriptions sent over to this particular pharmacy every month and has done for a number of years. I went into Lloyds on a Sunday as he needed an emergency prescription of his one of his regular medications. I asked the pharmacist if he could have an emergency supply until his prescription would be ready. The pharmacist told me that she was unable to do that and I must call 111 to get a referral sent over. I explained that I have never had to do that before. She then went on to say she doesnt know me so would not be able to do it (she also said that shes not the usual pharmacist!). I went home and called 111. The gentleman was very nice and sent the referral over, but couldnt understand why she would not issue the medication as they have all of my husbands details on their system as a regular customer. When I picked the prescription she didnt even have the right label on the medication (same name wrong address)!. I have never found this pharmacy to be very efficient but have always let it slide. Its an absolute disgrace. I will be changing where my husband gets his medication from to Tescos Woolton (where I get mine from) as I have never had any problems there and the staff are always very helpful.

Very helpful staff, even when busy. They managed to order an item in from their suppliers and kept me informed of the three day time scale I required, as Asda locally had failed to do so in almost 2 weeks. Very efficient and pleasant. Also duty pharmacist noticed a discrepancy on a prescription from my GP and phoned the surgery while I waited. It was a good thing he did as I could have been given the incorrect dosage. Excellent service.

Most incredible service! Lloyds do not advertise their contraception services well enough (thankfully the pharmacist here did) but Ive had the most amazing service and support from the staff here! Incredibly helpful, efficient and polite! Couldnt have provided a better service!
