They say 72 hours for a prescription that's a total lie I put one in on Monday and they have said it will be ready on Friday and they are virtually impossible to reach by phone ,, I All they are the worst pharmacy in the country dreadful

Trying to get through via phone to request a pick up of a prescription Been calling since 9am its now nearly 12 still no one is picking up to help

Unfortunately, Google wont let me give less than 1 Star. I have used this pharmacy for many years but wont bother in future. As others have said, CHANGE THE OPENING TIMES ON GOOGLE !! After checking closing times (6pm) I arrived at 5.40pm to find the shutters down and the door shutter mostly down with lights on inside and a member of staff visible. After ringing (unanswered) and banging on the door (also unanswered) I checked at the Doctors surgery next door to be advised Lloyds now closes at 5.30pm and opens at 10am with a further 1hour closure between 2&3pm. How can anyone who works get a prescription dispensed at this pharmacy ? Its little wonder that many are now getting medication dispensed and delivered by post.

In all honesty, leaving reviews is not a thing of mine, Until Today !! I have never in my life witnessed such awful service. Told by my doctor that my daughter prescription would be sent within the hour, After waiting 2.5 hours i arrived to collect my daughters prescription to be told " it has not been sent over by the GP yet " (really ? ) call back in a hour or so or phone and i will tell you if its in. Tried calling them 3 hours later and the phone was engaged for 45 minutes, so i went back to the store. To be told again by a rude, passive aggressive staff member " Noooo ! your GP has not sent it over yet" But hey presto, i gave her a code my GP had given me. The unhappy, rude, aggressive staff member ( you know who you are) scribbled down the code and just like magic my prescription appeared, only to be brought out by another member of staff. If you hate what you do and the customers you have nothing but contempt for. (mostly elderly by the way ) Find another job. Seriously !!!
