My husband waited 15 minutes to be served, no other customers but staff brushing the floor?? He always has to wait a long time for his medication, usually days. No customer service at all. Pretty disgusting

I have had so much trouble over my prescriptions to the point where its affecting my mental health. Again my script was not all there.

Since relocation from Broadway this service has sadly declined, you could simply pick your prescription up within 24hrs, now 4 days and mine is still not ready, Time for me to move Pharmacy after many good years of great service.

Always helpful and nothing is to much. Staff engage with patients with warmth consideration and try to resolve any issues with prescriptions. I cannot complain the times I've been there which has been weekly since I had surgery.

Absolutely appalling place pharmacist guy with the glasses is rude and a liar I called 111 for some cyclizine to help with seizure meds who told me to go to this pharmacy they informed me this can buy them chemist guy said they had non ye the assistant had them in their hands, they phone is taken off the hook forn2 hours. I thought chemists were suppose to help people. Still the same today over 2 hours ringing out and then oh what a shock its engaged for 40 mins! The lady with the glasses is happy to slag customers off to staff in ear shot of other customers she should be happy she can work and has a job if you dont like your job DONT do it simple. She was shouting at a customer on the phone last week saying it was the customers fault her meds was not in as she didnt order them in time, yet when she was talking to her fellow employee her actual words were shit I forgot to order the new blister packs oh well she will have to wait absolutely disgraceful AVOID this FARCEmacy unless you want all your illness and meds to be disgusted in front of other customers. I have videos of this womans behaviour and the way the staff speak to the customers pity I couldnt post them here but rest assured they will be post on the Facebook community groups
