Paid for delivery but it was late a day. Paid for 6 month delivery but it's not turned up can't ring nobody answers I'm disabled need medicine I run out still no reply well it's late again won't answer phone week late up to now. how can this be ignored staff may be friendly but they get paid so they not care really

Unreliable third rate pharmacy, always giving lame excuses when medication is not available and sometimes after several days of waiting for repeat medication. If it closed down it would not be missed and never pick up the phone

Absolutely terrible service prescriptions are never ready, phone constantly rings out. There seems to be no idea of priority between someone elderly and Ill and someone coming in to buy cotton buds dreadful

I received an email to confirm my order ready to collect. I got taxi went there and I been told my order delivered to different store. Really bad service. Never ever order with lloydspharmacy
