The staff are friendly but when there is a massive queue only one person is serving even when there are 4 people behind the counter. I am now going to change my pharmacy to collect my repeat prescription. My experience today 05/04/23 was awful, I received a text to say my prescription was ready and still had to wait 45 minutes

I have been very sick this week , finally went to doctors today 6/2/2023. My prescription get sent direct to boots Crosby , the doctor said he had sent direct before I left surgery, did a bit of running round and returned to collect my prescription, an hour later. When I got there the queue was literally out the door , waited for 50 mins before I got seen ! Only to be told they didnt have prescription, and to move away so the could serve someone else. Feeling very unwell and I was livid at this service I left , rg GP who said prescription had been sent! . Returned to boots 15.00 only to find queue outside door and was told by some one in queue they had been there for 50 mins already. People are sick and cannot stand in queues this long! WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO BOOTS IN CROSBY? Since new pharmacist taking over? This is poor service

The service leves a lot to be desired. Thay keep you waiting 99%of the time thay are very slow with the prescription. Staff on pharmacy counter . Keep you waiting & thir area always long ques. Shop needs more pharmacy staff on the counter. Boots need to put more staff in shop. To help existing staff

Doctor issued my prescription on the 31st August. I get to Boots on Saturday 3rd September as that's great earliest, only for the girl to say it won't be done until the Monday after lunch. Soooo that's another week without my thyroid medication. Cheers Boots.
