Consistently receive poor service from this store for a long time. I care for my disabled mother alongside full time work and we place her prescription in online to our doctor. Despite the chemist receiving the prescription 6 days ago, by their own admission, I called to find out why it wasn't delivered and was told they had no drivers. If I was made aware of this fact 6 days ago I could've made alternative arrangements with work to collect it. Asked if I could collect after work before they closed and called on the way to the store. Called me back to advise it won't be ready as it's in the machine that sorts and processes tablets. Asked what time they open the next day and was told "oh no it won't be ready then anyway, you're looking at midday at least". Instead I had to get an emergency prescription from another chemist as we ran out of important medicines. Prescriptions are never ready on time and some of the staff are just plain rude when you speak to them and blame everything else. Changed my address with them and had to go in twice as they still delivered medicines to our old address weeks later. Complained and just got a poor attempted apology from someone in head office. Not worth the health risk to go to this store anymore and will be going elsewhere.

Need a thorough shake up. The service needs to be a lot better.

I have used this chemist for years no real problems girls do their very best under a lot of pressure and some time unnecessary abuse.

Although very busy the staff are very efficient and friendly
