        Rude, give out wrong information, lose prescriptions, tell lies (the prescription was only just sent over now when I checked with GP minutes later and they checked and it was sent over two days earlier) and this appalling service has nothing to do with post pandemic and current pressures on NHS because this pharmacy (and the staff) have been this way for years. They once lost my controlled drugs (pain relief) saying I get it delivered to my home - I dont. If they dont take care with controlled drug prescriptions what do they take care of? Avoid unless you want to wait over a week for medication you cant be without because they dont order it in or lose it.
