Had repeated bad experiences, today they lied and said a prescription was not in stock, until i explained itt should have been ready yesterday, magically(after a 20 minute wait) it was in my hand! Huge lack of honesty/ professionalism, prescriptions are never filled, when asked they always have "only just arrived", any missing items are promised the next day, staff hardly bother to order them. Average wait to be served is 20 minutes+, often when it's busy staff can be heard laughing and joking in the back while no-one is getting served, do no use these as your designated chemist.

Staff are very unprofessional and dismissive. Even with urgent medication they will lie and say they don't have it until you make a complaint and it magically appears. Your prescription has always "just come in" even if you have called ahead the day before and been told then that it is in. When it is busy the staff can be heard laughing and chatting in the back while the queue stretches down the road. They have no sympathy or care for the sick and I've never been treated so badly in a pharmacy before. If you can go to any other pharmacy you definitely should! I wish I could give minus stars cause 1 is more then they deserve.
