Absolutely abysmal service in this shop. Stood waiting at the counter for 5 minutes before even being acknowledged while 3/4 staff bustled about in a world of their own, then waiting another 5 minutes to be again told 'be with you in a minute', and they know you'll wait because of the sunk cost fallacy. Eventually took over 10 minutes just to pay for something over the counter (not even picking up a prescription), having been the only person in there at first and then front of the rapidly growing queue, and having to ask again for someone to let me pay for the item I was buying. Avoid.

Ive been ringing for over 30 minutes from 9am (not a busy period) and no-one answering phone...poor customer service

Has the shop closed down as I have been ringing for the last hour and no one answers. I know they may be busy but is it not courteous to pick the phone up.
