I can't trust this chemist any longer ! The chemist as left to go home on a number of occasions without a back up so no one can collect any prescribed medication when this happens and its to often for my liking

What an amazing pharmacy. Had a 111 Referral for emergency meds as I am away from home and run out of tablets. From Referral to receiving my meds only 2 hours. I can't thank them enough. Outstanding service. I used to be a pharmacy dispenser myself so now how busy they can be. Thank you so much. Barbara Arrowsmith.

Had a prescription sent here by NHS 111, two days later I still can't collect it as they are shut even though the website says they are open. Cannot get it dispensed elsewhere because the system says it has been dispensed. This is a huge waste of time for myself and the NHS. Please update your website with actual opening times.

Can someone explain to me why my prescription has been sent here today at around 5.55pm from the walk in centre, for me to get there at 6pm and you are closed? Your opening times online clearly state you are open until 7pm on Wednesdays. But you also might want to change the sign above the door that says 'monday-friday 7am-11.15pm' because not everybody has access to the Internet to check Google for times. Although your Google times are not accurate. Atleast update your times it's not good enough really. You are literally called a late night chemist? For what .
