I find it totally unacceptable to wait almost a week for delivery for an inhaler prescribed for me by my doctor. Was promised it today and apparently its sitting on shelf waiting to go on van but no reason could be given as to why it can't be delivered until tomorrow when I will be out at appointments. No reply at all on Friday (20 calls). Five calls on Monday before I got through and two today. I'm struggling...this inhaler was prescribed for a reason. A formal written complaint will be made. This pharmacy used to be excellent, delivering a superb service but the past few months have seen a steady decline in customer care and services.

Hours of queues, no joke. Once you get to the till to pick up one shelf item as a prescription they send you back in queue for another 20mn, what for??? That's when they actually got the prescription, i had to go back three times as there was nothing ready in 6 days

Unhelpful. Wouldnt give my medication to me as the pharmacist wasnt in the store . This medication was vital. I had to ring my gp get a new script sent to another pharmacy so I wouldnt be ill
