Howlywood Dog Groomers

I've used this groomers for a few years now until a few weeks ago when I took our youngest dog gizmo to be groomed Laura the girl who usually grooms my dog was off due to a family bereavement when I picked gizmo up I asked why his ears had been cut so short (gizmo is a shitzu as you know they have long ears)the girl told me it was because his ears were knotted inside didn't make sense at the time but I took him home . Over the nextv24 hours we noticed gizmo was very withdrawn and wouldn't eat I lay down next to him to stroke him at this point I was horrified to see he had been shaved to within an inch of his life to say I was upset was an understatement I messaged right away to get a reply from abbie not Laura she said bring him back in and I'll see can I trim him .trim wot he was baldy anyway I did as she asked on returning to the salon she was very off hand with me and asked wot was my problem as his cut was perfectly acceptable when I pointed out how close he had been cut the girl from the back quirped up I cut him that's his hygiene areas I said well he's been coming here fir a few years now and never been cut that short I said to her but that's my dog her reply was and wot ??abbie was very rude to me wasn't interested and asked me to leave the shop I said I would but would be back to speak to Laura only yo be told no I wasn't as I was now barred never again would I set foot In the shop with my boys

Thiago was nervous after a bad experience at a previous groomers but Laura and the Team helped him settle really quick. They were patient and took their time with him to not stress him. Came out tail high, wagging and looking and smelling like a new dog. Thanks so so very much. Definitely recommend
