        The groom room that does not groom. I'm sure they just spray the pets with something like dry shampoo. Don't ask them to clip nails because they can't. Cost me hundreds in vets bills to get ingrowing nails clipped because every time I took my dog in and paid for the nails they never ever did them.

        Very disappointed. Took my dog for his nails to be cut and heard him howling. They came out saying they had cut his nail too short and it was bleeding. Continued to bleed for a long time. I was told that dark nails are difficult to cut. If workers are not confident in completing their work, then don't do it. You presume they are the experts? Won't be going back

        Unfortunately I can't comment on the groom because they've cancelled last minute TWICE!! On both occasions it's been 1 & half hour before he was due don't trust them!!
