My elderly dog has been groomed here a couple times and each time was great until 1-2 years ago. He's a longer haired so needs to be stripped when groomed and usually takes all day, but his last visit (1-2 years ago) was horrific. The collar was too tight around him and when asked if he was ready, they said yes. Went to collect him and his tongue was blue and wasn't near finished. He couldn't breathe properly and had to be taken to the vets which cost nearly a grand because he had to be kept on oxygen all night. When asked about his tongue and the colouration they said it'd been like that for a couple of hours! We called back to inform them of thos and received no sympathy whatsoever. Now, he hates being groomed and the vets said he developed PTSD. Wouldn't recommend but if you do take your dog here, ask for frequent updates if possible. Hope the customer service and the treatment of dogs has improved sufficiently since then.

My boy (miniature schnauzer) has gone here since he was a puppy, he's now nearly 5 and wouldn't ever go anywhere else! the girls are masters at what they do!
