Took my boy for his first groom today, (Frank) Dropped him off and was welcomed warmly. Was given a half an hour warning for when he would be ready. Due to it being the school run time, taxis were busy so ended up getting to him over an hour after he was finished. But the lady was amazing and so understanding, will be bringing my boy back here more frequently 100% recommend

My dog came home traumatised; shaking, hiding and looking very badly shaved. The response from you is slightly extreme and it took you two months to ask for evidence? I didnt accuse you of hurting my dog physically, dogs do shake when theyre anxious and havent had a good experience. You should know that. People are allowed to give feedback, it should help you improve. Try not to lash out, maybe youve improved, but it was a while ago. Yes I have been before, there was an older man and a young woman there. No I didnt have chance to give feedback as my dog was just handed to me and you were in a rush as you were very busy. I could also have added that you might not be aware but when the windows are open and people are returning to their cars they can actually hear everything thats being said inside. If youre this poor at taking feedback online I dont think anyone would want to say there and then that their dog hasnt had a good groom. I actually dont think I need to provide WhatsApp evidence for saying my dog didnt have a good experience. She is a timid dog, but she came back very unhappy. Hope that clears things up for you.

Jennifer is an extremely calm groomer. She took on my puppy even though I told her he can be aggressive. Thanks Jennifer for being understanding & calm with him X
