My Husband went to collect our 11mth dog and whilst waiting he heard a groomer roaring aggressively at a dog, we don't know if it was at ours or another however, our boy is very jumpy today, won't let us near him and he's never like that. He won't be going back there again. Loud thumping dance music and a groomer roaring at the top of her voice, how is that a relaxing environment for your pets. If that's what happens in front of owners, what happens when you're not there. He isn't groomed, he's hacked!!!
