Unfortunately wont be going here again! Completely skinned my dog without permission, I understand it cant be helped as they get matted especially in the winter months it cant be helped sometimes but to not even give me a quick ring and inform me so Im able to make the decision about my own dog is poor customer service. Then ringing me telling me it costs way more than I ever expected, just completely out of order. You should always be informed before hand if there was extra charge or if they needed to be cut shorter etc its not fair to put that on the customer after its already done! Was also honest when I got there about how I felt and felt ganged up on, was not nice at all.

Absolutely fantastic service, I think it was Lin who cut both my dogs! My shizhu is absolutely terrified of being groomed and no 1 else would even entertain grooming him, but at last I found somewhere who would help! Thanks girls absolutely fantastic service deffo recommend to anyone!
