After bringing my Pom in for her first groom, I cannot speak highly enough of the team here. I managed to get a last minute cancellation which works perfectly for me. They were so professional and did a great job. I have got my dog Dolly home and she is so relaxed and happy after being groomed. Thankyou so much team xxx Cara

I phoned like 2 months ago for my puppy and it was no available spot for us so they said that someone will call me back when they gonna take new customers, after a while someone called me and asked if I still want to go there. I said yes and then they blocked me after 1 months and few days. I waited for my spot and when I was there with the puppy they told me that they cant do anything for us because I should told them that the puppy is not very happy with the haircut, but at the previous phone call nobody asked me about this. Not recommend this place because the communication is a joke. You cant make the customer to wait over a month and the say sorry. Shame of you.
