Before starting with Mike I was unhappy in myself and my weight, but didn't have the motivation or belief to make a change. Now after a couple of months of training with Mike I feel amazing! I have continued to lose weight (which was my main goal) in a realistic and maintainable way, whilst feeling so much stronger, fitter, motivated and more confident in myself. I can't believe the difference in such a short period of time. Not only has my body changed but my mindset too, the guidance from Mike regarding the importance of daily steps and nutrition is something I will now always consider. The PT sessions in the studio are well structured and have helped me learn new exercises and routines. I love seeing the progess week after week with increased weights and reps. Mike also came to the gym I attend to show me how to properly use all of the machines, to ensure I would get the most out of every session. I now confidently use gym equipment I hadn't even looked at before. Outside of the sessions Mike is always there supporting and encouraging with messages and guidance, and has always been super helpful with any questions I've had. I couldn't recommend Mike enough, and il be forever grateful for the help in making me feel myself again!!

Brilliant PT. So knowledgeable and understanding of any injury. I've improved so much with his guidance and I feel so much stronger. Very professional, checks in with you between sessions and will help where ever he can.

Currently training with Mike I wanted to start personal training to lose weight & actually feel better about myself. Within the 8 weeks that Ive been training Ive never felt better my weight is dropping every week I feel stronger, fitter and feel good about myself in clothes again. Mike has me tracking my calories, getting my steps in & sets me training sessions to do in the gym on the days I dont see him. He is always there checking in on you & is there if you are ever struggling. Helped me gain so much confidence, always believes in you & pushes you to the limit. Great personal trainer & would highly recommend

I genuinely couldnt recommend Mike highly enough to anybody considering a PT. As a 28 year old brand new to any kind of exercise I was really anxious about starting a fitness journey. 12 weeks later and I am lighter than I have been for 12 years but more importantly fitter than I have ever been and have learned skills that will enable me to maintain and continue either independently or continuing with Mike. Mike focusses so much on consistent but safe improvement with a real emphasis on getting technique right. He puts you at ease straight away and is genuinely great company whilst working you hard and getting long lasting, sustainable results. The gym is well equipped, always spotless and perfect for 1 on 1 sessions. I really cant thank Mike enough for not only helping me physically but hes genuinely supportedin shifting me to a healthier mindset and I now feel like a happier and much healthier version of myself. Great value for money.
