Aged 52, I always knew a Cover Model body was way beyond me!!! Fortunately Ste has been able to tailor my training in such a way that 1) corrects all the bad habits Ive picked up over the years and 2) maximises my current potential in respect of exercising efficiently. Most of all, the sessions are ENJOYABLE and totally free of the pressures of a big gym. And just when you thought it was safe both Ste and Erik are both on hand for the most targeted and completely effective sports massages that Ive ever experienced forget the massage on the sun kissed beaches of Kho Samui these massages are targeted and 100% effective! Yes, bring your swear box but know that results here are also guaranteed! Usually a fierce critic of bad service, I can genuinely and completely recommend Dobie Optimum Fitness - it is no surprise to those of us who attend that they won their Customer Service award this year after smashing all expectations during the difficult lockdown months! Heres to many more years guys!

Steven and Erikas' gym Dobie Optimum fitness in South Liverpool is immaculate, welcoming and inclusive with an impressive range of equipment. Steven's professionalism and attention to detail during the sessions is second to none as is his commitment to his clients individual goals. The session are tough but fun at the same time and I look forward to greater challenges to come I'm delighted with my progress aesthetically, physically and mentally and feel healthier and stronger since joining. The spin and pilates classes are a must, the sports massage and reformer pilates are another asset to their business I would encourage anyone considering engaging a PT or wanting to try the classes, to contact these guys without delay, you will not be disappointed

Had a sports massage today with Steven, what a absolute pleasure it was (well in parts painful!) Great place, extremely clean! I was welcomed with a smile and left feeling on top of the world. The gym looks fantastic too! What a credit this place is, Im very glad Ive found it! Thanks guys!

Cannot fault Ste at all.. he is so patient and takes the time to explain everything clearly and in as much detail as possible. Ste has helped me find my way back to exercise after a very long time out and makes every session exciting and different. I have had amazing results so far and look forward to continuing this journey with him. Every session is such a laugh and I come away having accomplished something new every time. The gym is ALWAYS so clean too :) always looking forward to our next session! :)

I have been to Dobie Optimum Fitness for a couple of sports massages, to treat a running injury and prevent further issues. Erikas is warm, welcoming and professional, and his massages are excellent. He clearly understands the body, he pays very careful attention the areas requiring focus, applying strong pressure and responding expertly to feedback. The gym and treatment room are also bright and clean. Overall, great value for money, I will certainly be going back!
