I dont think Ive ever written a review for a gym but I wanted to take some time to acknowledge 24/7 fitness Speke. I originally signed up last year however unfortunately ended up admitted to hospital then unable to workout for several months, I found the whole process of calling up and cancelling my membership very easy, smooth and fast. Same for when I did re start my contract again once I was given the all clear. I love that the gym is over different floors so it never feels too crowded even during peak hours. I also like that there is small team of staff who all seem very lovely and extremely approachable / knowledgeable to help explain equipment etc. Ive never felt judged or embarrassed to try anything new at this gym and the variety of equipment means there is something for everybody they even have a hip thrust machine which is the first one Ive ever seen! Overall 5* and I would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a gym, its open 24/7 too.. so no excuses!!
