Absolutely brilliant place to be. Really enjoyed the time there so far and how quickly changes can happen with the help of someone who knows what theyre doing. The gym itself is clean and to a very high standard. Everyone whether trainers or other clients are very friendly and its simply a nice place to be. The trainer knows when to push and when youve had enough.

Amazing gym with great equipment and trainers. Always feel like I've been really pushed when I (try) to walk out the gym! My trainer was supportive every day with constant communication which was a big part of my transformation. Highly recommended!

On 1 Jan 2023 I set myself an impossible task of losing 20kg by the end of April 2023 and after some research online, I decided to join UP in Liverpool. The first month was the most challenging with complete changes to my eating habit, going to the gym twice a week (I hated pendulum), increasing my daily steps from 500 to 5000 and not seeing the expected weight lost. But thanks to my trainer Jade, I did not give up and she taught me the importance of patience and to trust the process. By consistently showing up and putting in the work, I was able to make measurable progress and transform my body in just 4 months. And yes, I did achieve my target of losing 20kg by end of April and most important it gave me the belief and confidence that nothing is impossible in life. Been attending UP in Liverpool for 6 weeks and being coached by Seb Shord. It is going great, he is helping me improve my strength and to lose weight, I look forward to the training and I am attending 3 sessions per week, thanks all at UP Liverpool

A really excellent gym that feels very exclusive. Great equipment and really friendly and knowledgable PTs. Highly recommended.
