        I cannot fault this gym!. Lovely, friendly atmosphere which has been great for somebody who hates going to the gym on their own!. Trainers will explain exercises and demonstrate what to do so you are doing it properly and benefitting from it. I would and will continue to recommend this gym to others. Thankyou to all for helping to start build my confidence again!.
