I had no confidence in myself was putting on so much weight but the thoughts of going to a gym made me feel sick but then my life changed found this gym and the personal trainer ste made me feel so welcome and bring my confidence back . I have never looked back feel great in myself and eating the right food would highly recomend ste he is a fantastic pt

Steve is a great guy, his training methods are very different than the usual repetitive gym rituals that I have experienced. He made sure that I had a tailored plan that would keep my interest and gave my targets to reach, Steve also made sure I grew in confidence and became aware that I could achieve not just little steps to improve my health and fitness, but also reach targets and surpass them. The premises are located very close and with easy reach (near Liverpool Airport), and due to the size I felt very comfortable without a Gym Audience watching me. The unit is very personal and private and if you are very self conscious of yourself, this can be the answer you are looking for to get fit and healthy and also have the bonus of a very personal trainer looking after you. The Equipment is great, whilst not daunting. I would and have recommend anyone to visit Steve at the Unit or at to your home, he is a great influence and extremely helpful.
