I see gyms as boring and whenever I register with a gym I don't follow through. When I came for consultation, Ammar encouraged me to join the group class and I didn't regret the decision. He tailors the session to everyone's strength and puts into consideration your weakness. Every gym session is fun no matter how intense it is. Made me love working out.

i really look forward to going to each group session everyone is really friendly and welcoming. since joining group classes it has built my confidence. i enjoy that in the group sessions we have fun aswell as working out .
