I've been doing various classes and boot camps with Odell for about 5 years now. His sessions are great for all round fitness: no two are the same and can range from cardio to body strength to a mix of the two depending on which class you do. He caters for all levels of fitness and you'll be able to see the change in your ability to do the exercises within a matter of weeks. Ladies shouldn't be put off thinking that 'strength' means you're going to get bulky muscles; as Odell uses a mix of body weight exercises and equipment and Ive found that whilst my muscles develop in strength they don't get bulky. Whether you're looking to lose weight, get in shape or just tone up generally, Odell will get you there!

I've done Nassims online HIIT & LBT classes-omg they give you the 'good burn' & the constant encouragement she gives in her classes makes you push through til the end! Will definitely be doing more & aim to try Odell classes too
