Visited here recently to purchase my wedding scents and the service was amazing. From Prosecco to box and bottle personalisation the girls couldnt do enough for me. I will definitely be back to purchase more for myself or gifts. The girl who served me was wonderful, I cant remember her name but she is a student studying nursing and only works weekends. I hope her manager can see this and let her know. Thanks x

Myself and my mum visited Jo Malone in Liverpool 10th December 2022 as part of our Christmas shopping day. We just wanted to extend our thanks to a lovely lady called Tracey who made our day extra special with her wealth of knowledge and friendly approach while we were treated to hand massages to learn about the products.
