Saw some work Russ had done around the corner from our house so I approached him for a quote. Although he wasn't the cheapest, the work he and the lads produced is second to none. Never had an issue from start to finish, and they didn't try to 'add' costs on.

After having contacted Russ, who did visit my home & price the job requested, he & his wife Jo constantly failed to return our telephone calls, failed to turn up with the alleged plans he had drafted regarding the job in hand & acted totally unprofessionally Sadly, having spoken to other people who tried to employ this company, Russ has a history of total inconsistency!!!!! I have now employed an alternative company who have shown a far better, professional attitude towards potential customers One final, although hugely important issue, I need a drainage system installing fitting along with the requested landscape garden, which Russ failed to recognise!!!!!!!! It appears, due to Russs totally unprofessional behaviour, the requested job will be completed by a company which, in years to come, will not cause any underlying issues which could have appeared had the job been completed without the much needed drain !!!!!!!!
