HM Passport Office, Liverpool [Appointments only]

I damaged my passport 2 months before going away and with the strikes and long turnaround times I thought this would be the least stressful way to get a new one. The whole process has been so simple and easy and I was in and out of the office in 10 minutes. Staff were all friendly and everything was signposted simply. Lets just hope the passport actually gets delivered in a week now!

Excellent service, booked a 1 week fast pass appointment for my sons passport. Had the appointment on Monday with Keith and recieved my sons new passport on Thursday! Thankyou!

Utterly useless. Theyve had my old passport for 13 days and yet they text me today saying havent received it. The telephone system is all automated and you cant speak to anyone. Silver wedding holiday now ruined. Thanks for nothing. Update. Over 9 weeks on and still no answer to my problem. 3 complaints made and nothing. Silver wedding holiday now cancelled. Why is there no ombudsman or independent complaint body? It seems an awful lot of people have similar problems and no improvement can be seen to be made.

Brilliant 1 week fast track service today. Drove up from Bristol to get an appointment. Easy parking at The Pall Mall NCP (pre bookable), 2 min walk to Passport Office. Warm Liverpool welcome, very friendly and professional. Quick, efficient service, seen early. Great experience.

The worst home office ever I have seen in my life !!!! If you are in emergency travel even for serious don't apply with them !!!
