Have worked for this guys 3-4 weeks! Working with this stuff is super hard! First, they had 500 pieces wrongly welded! And before i have left these guys, there was another 20 wrongly welded pallets minimum! Every second pallet that they have delivered to me was wrongly or roughly assembled! Thos teem leaders accuse workers of mistakes..just they didnt calculate how many days was needed to produce 500 pieces or 20 pieces pallets! They don't like complains and they are super frustrated if you do it! I believe the Teemleeders and the office are family related and you are toasted in the same moment of rising a complaint! This stuff also brings the moral and the mental level of the workers to the next level! Example: They don't like to talk about mistakes if it was the team leaders fault! Team leaders faults need to be secret otherwise you break the terms and condition to survive in this company! MOnarchy, RAdicalism, Socialism, Communism, and step away from racism this is what they have created! Workers are friendly and really cool guys! They call each others Professionals, I'm just not sure have they seen a professional even in the life!
