What an absolutely amazing company, spoken to a wonderful gentlemen called Daniel, who helped me more than Walkers transport did in regards my order being delivered, absolutely shocking customer service from the staff at Walkers. Daniel managed to get a resolution within half an hour to a frustrating situation. Now our amazing infinia tank should be with us tomorrow can't wait. We'll done DER UK Ltd, especially to Daniel keep up the good work

We have contacted this company to work with us. They sent us a contract that took me half a day to read and that wasn't even in line with the activity they offer. They probably just mixed and matched previous agreements without understanding what they were doing. For example they want to have access to your Intellectual Property that is one of the most important asset a company has, what for? If you don't collect your goods within 10 days, they can sell it etc. After spending hours to send my comments and getting their written agreement, the owner simply selected the comments he wanted and ignored mine. I called him to say I wasn't happy all the comments we agreed by email were ignored; as a result he was extremely disrespectful and hanged up the phone on me. Overall I've spent 1 full day working on something for nothing, while I had an urgent deadline and all I got is someone who hangs up the phone at me. I don't recommend them because they are not professional, they can undo easily a written agreement, and they are extremely dis-respectful. Most importantly they want to make you under a shady agreement hoping you don't read it (the agreement is as long as 30 pages!).
