        It was our first visit there. We normally use another branch. The staff are lovely, very welcoming friendly and couldn't do enough to help.

        First visit to specsavers Sainsburys RICE LANE after using my old opticians for many years. I was concerned with one of my eyes being diabetic best have it checked. The Optician fully tested my eyes also OCT Scan explained everything which put my mind at ease. Big thank you.... The staff were friendly and helpful nothing to much trouble. Definitely back next time. Totally recommend to family and friends.

        Staff very very nice BUT PLEASE WASH YOUR GLASSES AND EQUIPMENT!!!! GLASSES to try where ALL dirty, disgusting and SOOOO SMELLY!! Just to think about it I'm having nausea

        Took my 4yr old daughter here without an appointment for advice as her eye had become red and swollen. The staff were so nice and triaged us right away. They had a quick look at her eye and put me at ease. They asked me to bring her in again the following day for a full eye exam. Here they explained it was a blocked oil gland and sent a referral to alder hey. All the staff were lovely and friendly especially the optician and put us at ease. Honestly couldnt thank the staff enough. Absolutely amazing service!
