I've been to a number of Opticians and Eye Hospitals in recent years ... NEVER have I visited such a welcoming, friendly and professional organisation ... Pamela is a fabulous "front of house" person ... warm, welcoming and efficient. As for Nicky, I cannot praise her highly enough she is the epitome of a caring, highly knowledgeable professional ... she explained each stage of the procedures, was patient and thorough. She made me feel totally confident in her abilities and diagnosis ... I learned a lot from her ... There is nowhere else I would want to go for my eye care. Bravo Millicans, in Huyton. Absolutely Full Marks.

I was particularly pleased with the service Gemma gave me from start to finish. She was professional yet very affable. Nicola, the optometrist, was very thorough in all the matters that were discussed and also in the advice given. I never felt rushed at any stage. The building and its ambiance were modern yet comfortable.
