Always happy with the eye test but customer service is lacking, they lost interest when we didn't want to look at expensive designer frames.

Fantastic service, my daughter has dyslexia so needed special colour test and glasses, Glens where recommended. They are great, friendly service, explained everything, didnt rush, made sure my daughter was informed with everything they did on the test, will use them as our regular options going forward

After attending all the big named High Street opticians and being disappointed with their quality of service and / or lack of choice in frames, what a delight to meet Mr Glen. The shop is pristine and spacious with a fantastic range to choose from. No hard sell just great advice and service, also when asked if he could assist me in disposing of multiple pairs of old glasses, he informed me supports a charity who re-issue them. Delighted with my new glasses, sunglasses, cleaning cloths and bottle of lens cleaning spray (with the benefit of ongoing free refills). All of the above combined with the convenience of shopping local.

I am delighted with the service provided by Martin Glenn and his team. Mr Glenn saw my three children very quickly and diagnosed serious issues (and provided solutions) for two of my sons. I will be eternally grateful for his help and the sympathetic manner in which my family was treated by everyone in the practice. Adrian deserves special mention for going out of his way to accommodate my familys needs. Mr Glenn and his team were kind, considerate and made my husband and I feel as though they had all the time in the world to discuss our childrens eye care. We enjoyed a completely different experience to that offered by large, more commercial franchises. Three sets of beautiful, high quality and fashionable (including Ray-Ban and Oakley) frames were provided in record time too! My children are ecstatic. I highly recommend Mr Glenns family practice and am only sorry that I did not find it sooner. Many thanks.
