Been going for years, but didnt go for nearly 4 years had all my tests and needed an upgrade. The lady spent nearly 45 minutes helping me pick a pair, and she ended up picking me a pair out id of never picked, but I loved them. Picked them up just a few days later, and they were a bit strong so they booked me in for a retest straight away. Had my retest picked the new glasses up and had a small headache still when wearing them for long periods. I felt terrible going back a 3rd time, but they couldnt have done enough. The gentleman optician ended up going though lots of lenses to get them right. 3rd time lucky, they wear perfect!!! They changed both my normal glasses and sunglasses on 3 occasions at no extra charge. Brilliant customers service, Brilliant choice of glasses & great prices. Can not fault one bit, thank you everyone.
