I got my first pair of glasses from this shop back in 2003. Tried other opticians but always felt you where just a customer to them. No real support or proper guidance. I chose to go back to eyecall today and recieved the upmost, care, respect, guidance and ultimately I am now awaiting a pair of glasses that I can't wait to try on! Carla, who's business it is gave me the best step by step advice in offering what frame style was in fashion, what suits individual faces, all within a person's budget. Carla at no point treated me as a customer but more like a friend who's not seen you in 20+ years. She certainly has a passion for her shop and if you go there, I guarantee you'll never go anywhere else. I certainly won't be now. Thank you so much Carla x

I've never seen an optician with such an awful customer service, going there was a total waste of time, energy and resources. This is a true and honest review. Avoid them at all cost.
