    ordered frames, discontinued, phoned and e-mailed for refund, company busy, took a week to get back to myself but gentleman called back and refund processed

    Please dont buy from them. I ordered my pair of glasses on 13th February. Delivery times are 10/12 working days which is fair enough however after 14 working days, I am still waiting then to contact me. At the beginning, I was quite impressed because updates were coming through via emails like glasses are being prepared and being a small company, it would have taken a bit longer but customer service is atrocious. I keep sending emails and I received 2 answers advising my query has been passed to the account department or the shipping department. I am wondering how many departments they have being a small company! They are only taking time! After almost 3 weeks I am still waiting for a resolution. I am without glasses and without my money back!

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS, THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I placed order online 12th feb, no contact from glasses123 so I phoned after 2 weeks and was told they could not locate my order but they have my receipt so I emailed order details and spoke to staff who apologised and said the order will be processed. A further 2 weeks, phoned and was told they will call me back, no calls. I phoned again to be told they have not processed the order 26 days later and they would prefer to refund me rather than fulfil the order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ATE DOING

    Order and Pay then got email that frames are unavailable, asked for refund....wait 15 days and finaly asked my bank to help. Useless company....
