I have been a customer for twenty years and have always found the service to be exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble and they always go the extra mile. Stephen Wilcox really knows his job and I have been delighted with the results.

Awful going there for over 25 years I called up to get my PD due to the fact I was getting my glasses elsewhere and they would not do it cos I wasn't getting the glasses from them, I had my eye test done there and they charged me over 70 fine but at least be willing to do a 2 minute job and give me my PD. I went into another options who actually said if I had my eye test done there they would be more than willing to give me my PD. there money grabbing wanted over double the price I got my glasses for and then begrudges me the opportunity to go else where. not to mentioned the glasses I want they don't even stock! add to this I travel to this place to get my eyes done and they have basically wasted my time and money. poor service only thing they do with any decency is the actual eye test and thats useless to me now anyway. going there since I was a child so they have just lost a life time of eye tests for wanting to force me to buy glasses from them essentially. well done

Stephen and his helpful staff excelled once again when minor symptoms rapidly checked resulted in successful surgery within 48 hours. On a Bank Holiday! Professional friendly service for routine or emergency treatment. Thank you all at Stephen Wilcox Optometrists
