Batty and Dexter Opticians - Aintree

Every pair of glasses that we have bought from here has either broken or become damaged. I bought my wife a pair of rayban glasses as a surprise as I knew she would not pay out for expensive rayban, the day I gave them to her the arm fell off the glasses, the shop did fix and offer another temporary pair, however my wife only wearshthem on special occasions she put the on yesterday and they broke again really poor quality and customer service is terrible we use vision express now they are much better .

I recently visited to have my eyes tested and pick some new glasses the service I received was outstanding from the eye test right through to help picking your glasses. I felt like the journey was second to none a big thank you to Karen and the company owner its a credit to you thank you .

I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else! The range of frames is amazing, Im in love with my new Chlo frames! The staff are lovely and make you feel so welcome.

I visited Batty and Dexter today not knowing exactly what I needed or wanted, but the staff in there were so helpful and attentive and I couldnt have asked for better service. Thank you Karen, Christine and Amy. Your help was very much appreciated and I love my new glasses !
