I has a great experience using JP Opticians. I ordered some prescription Ray Bann glasses which arrived promptly and the price was great too. I also had an old pair of glasses which I decided to reglaze via JP (after my initial positive experience) and the service was again faultless. I contacted them via email to to check the frames had arrived with them safely and re: timescales and this was promptly and politely answered. Ill happily use JP again in the future and have already recommended them to a friend.

I bought a pair of single-vision Ray-Ban glasses that were ~60% cheaper from the high street shops. They arrived pretty fast (within two days) but came with a cosmetic defect. Then I got worried, but JP Optician's excellent customer service replaced them with a new pair quite quickly. Very happy with my purchase and the service. I will definitely use them again.

Very concerned this a fake company. Just doesn't feel right. No contact number on website, no reply to emails. I'll give one more day then I'll contact my bank, luckily I used my credit card
