Never had a bad experience in here all the staff are amazing every time I go in, I also take my child who has ADHD and Autistic there and they are so patient with them, my child breaks their glasses on a regular basis and never had a problem getting them repaired or replaced.

My pockets and bags were searched by the assistant. I was accused of stealing a pair of spectacles. Funny... I am an internationally recognised painter, who's work lives in the palaces of nobility all over Europe. My oh my, my that woman was rough. Look at your CCTV darling.

Had wrong lenses put in frames, when I rang them they were completely disinterested as they'd been paid there money by then, never took glasses back and never went there again

Just had a check up and in 30 years have never had such a poorly trained Optician as I did yesterday. Then was told by staff that they had no printer to issue me an NHS spectacle voucher GOS3, so therefore cannot go anywhere else to get my glasses.

Had a very bad experience with jonny goggles had my eyes tested there but bought glasses from specsavers i had to return to jonny goggles to pick my perscription up and the girl practicaly threw it at me then because they hadnt filled the script in properly or had it signed i was fitted with glasses that i could not wear which ended up me having to pay 160pound on top of the 300 to get lens adjusted no apology off jonny goggles wat so ever would avoid this shop go to specsavers much nicer service
