I was a little unhappy with my previous optician, and today was the first time at Robert Glass. I wish I had been there years ago.Very friendly staff, all extremely professional and knowledgeable. I felt safe and secure that all staff knew what they were doing at all times. My eye test itself seemed to me to be far more thorough than I had ever had, and everything was explained fully. I needed new glasses and bought them there, feeling confident. I am very grateful to all.

Absolutely amazing service! Full in-depth examination by an optician that truly cares and takes all concerns seriously. All the assistants are very warm and welcoming and give great advice when choosing your frames and lenses. A special mention to Gill who went above and beyond and didnt settle for anything less than perfect for me! Xxx

Been coming here with my parents over the years they have lived locally and always had A1 service with a genuine interest in all our Eye health welfare.. Dont usually write reviews but recently we lost mum and well times have been tough on us and Dad especially and well sometimes you dont want to attend regular appointments when your grieving.. the gang at Roberts Broadway Liverpool made us feel welcome and cared for and showed massive amounts of care and empathy and well we were glad we went for our regular checkup as it sorta made other appointments easier for us to attend.. Thanks ROBERTS especially big shout out to Gill & Liz, their friendly warm professional manners are exceptional and an example why independent business just gives that extra mile in customer focused care!
