Hi I had my eye surgery at edge lane I would just like to say a big thank you to Clare/Collette/and Rebecca/Phil they are the staff who looked after me on 2 separate days I must say I would high recommend this practice to everyone I am suffering with bad anxiety and they all were amazing and so caring to me and Clare went above and beyond her needs to help me thank you all for being so wonderful you really are ment for your profession with hearts like use have

All the staff are very nice, both the receptionists and nurses. Plus the gentleman who performs the laser treatment.

I recently had a cataract operation at Spa Medic (my first was years ago at a different hospital) the experience at Spa Medica was wonderful compared to my first time. The staff are brilliant and friendly. The service is second to none and absolutely 100% better than my first time.

Ive took my mum here for 3 appointments.. the last being this Saturday and all I can say is the staff are absolutely amazing.. so lovely and caring.. but would like to say that their porter Mark Hinton is exceptional.. how he constantly asks if youre ok and if you need a drink and has a very calming nature.. makes the whole experience a welcoming one.. well done guys.. keep up the good work x

I had to have a specialist surgeon to remove my cataract on Wednesday (30 November 22). I was nervous but the whole staff were warm and welcoming and they all put me at ease. I would also like to mention our driver, Elen who was extremely friendly and very helpful.
